Bookings, subject
to certain conditions,
may be made directly with us, through most reputable travel agents, and
through most hotels, motels and tourist offices.
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking,
with the balance payable on the day of your flight. Your deposit is
fully refundable if either you cancel your booking not less than 48
hours before your scheduled flight, or we cancel the flight because
of inclement weather. Payment

Your deposit is liable to be forfeited if you cancel your
booking less than 48 hours before your scheduled flight. If you cancel
your booking less than 24 hours before your flight, or fail to arrive
for your flight, and fail to send somebody else in your place, you will
be liable to pay the full price of the flight.

us, please be prepared to leave a message that allows us to call you
back. We do our best to answer all incoming calls immediately but
cannot do so when we are flying, out of range or entertaining our passengers.
Generally, calls made to us after midday on most days have a better chance
of being answered personally and promptly than do calls made to us in
the mornings. |

Access to the bookings schedule
is presently restricted to

Our standard prices for morning flights include Goods and Services
Tax (GST), a one-hour flight, 'champagne' breakfast, flight certificates and
free pick-up and return within 15 kms of our designated meeting place on the
day. On our Victorian adventures, we generally serve sparkling wine from the
long-established and highly-regarded Balgownie
Estate Vineyards & Cellars in Bendigo. In South Australia, we usually
serve Reserve Brut from Currency
Creek Wines near Langhorne Creek and Strathalbyn.
Price per person for one-hour morning flights is $280 on weekends
and public holidays, and $250 on weekdays except public holidays.
Price per person for half-hour evening flights, when available,
is $230. Other than sparkling wine and chocolates, a celebratory meal is not
provided after our evening flights. In any case, evening flights are usually
only possible in Autumn and early Winter, and are only financially viable
for us for groups of 5 or more. Price discounts are not available
for evening flights.
Generous 'repeat flyer' discounts, rewards
for referrals to everyone who flies with us, and attractive 'stand-by' rates
to anyone prepared to join us at anytime at short notice are available on
request. Generous corporate, child and pensioner rates are also available on
request. All published rates are liable to be changed at any time without substantial
notice, so please check this page before making final plans to fly with us.
Our standard discount for pensioners and bona fide
students with supporting ID is 10%. A discount of 10% is also available for
groups of 6 or more. For children up to the age of 18, our discount is 20%.
People aged 18 or more are deemed by us to be adults. Please note that,
on any given flight, financial prudence usually forbids us from carrying
more than 2 children at a discounted price.
Double discounts and discounts on discounts are not allowed.
For example, the price for a child who is part of a group which itself qualifies
for a 10% discount may be discounted by 20% of the full price, but not of
the already discounted group price.
Because our price for an evening flight is already heavily discounted,
discounts are not available for evening flights.
Our 'stand-by'
rates range from $125 to $200. To qualify for our best 'stand-by'
price of $125 on weekdays, you must already have once flown with us at full
price. Otherwise, our 'stand-by'
rate for first-time passengers is $200 at weekends, and $170 on weekdays.

International visitors and Australian residents who can demonstrate
that they will leave Australia permanently within 30 days of flying with us
may through the Tourist
Refund Scheme managed by the Australian Customs and Excise Department, if
they spend more than $300 with us on goods excluding the flight itself, claim
back the GST component from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
Bendigo Ballooning
will gladly accept Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard and American Express. We also
accept cash, Australian-denominated traveller's cheques, and personal cheques
by prior arrangement.
